Family Rights and Justice

"We offer a Strictly Private and Confidential Service", and will never discuss your problem/s with anybody, without your written consent, unless required by law.

In some cases, we maybe able to act as your McKenzie Friend, in County Courts, Magistrates Courts, Family Courts and Crown Courts.  And its possible, that we maybe able to speak on your behalf, thats if we are granted "the right of audience", or "the right to conduct litigation".  We are also prepared to fully investigate and research your case for any other possible reason/s or evidence that could help and assist your solicitor with preparing your case for court.

Family Rights and Justice has been set-up to help, advice, and to support Families that have had a Child, or Children taken away from them unfairly and without any evidence.  The Child Care System, Child Protection Services and British Justice has gone mad, and at the cost of Children and Family Life.  Why are some Social Services, Hospital Doctors acting like judge and jury, it's wrong, and the whole system needs to be urgently up-dated and changed, in the name of fairness and rightful justice.

If a baby or child has been Harmed, Hurt or Injuried by a parent or any other person/s, then they should be charged by the police like any other assault, and the case should be heard before a Criminal Court, as Family Courts only look at possibilities, and not substanttiated fact, so many children are being taken into care unjustly every year.

A person always used to be Innocent until proven Guilty, but now with the Child Protection Agency and the Family Court Systems as they are, your Guilty until you can prove your innocent.  And in many cases, it's nearly impossible to try to workout how a possible old injury or fracture/s could have happened to your child, it could also be for medical reasons, like some form of soft bone disease, vitamin deficiency, normal variants, sutures, or just by using a baby walker or other type of baby equipment. 

Babies and children will roll, trip and fall, as its all apart of growing up, yet if they have been injured without any sign of bump, swelling or bruising showing, and the child seems to be acting in a normal manner, then most people and guardians will accept that everything is alright and forget about it.  Yet some weeks or maybe months later, you have to take your child into hospital for a completely different reason, then you could have problems, because the hospital may notice this old injury or injuries, and they may report these to the Social Services and Police.  Your troubles are now about to start, and you may not be able to stop any further action/s, like having your child or children being taken away from you, endless meeting and reports conducted by Social Services, Contact Visits to see your Child, Family Group Meetings, Court and Solicitor visits, and the Fact Finding Court Hearing, its just seems to go on and on, yet many times with NO Evidence.

Will Legal Aid be available for you, and if not, how will you pay for all your legal costs.  Maybe your partner, friend, or a family member will also be listed as an Intervener, it's a head ach to say the least.

Possibly we will be able to help and assist you, as we fully understand your problem, as it happened to us, and we know that the system seems to be stacked up against you.  But remember, that doctors and medical experts are not always right, and many High Court Cases have proven this.

How can you help your family to protect yourselves against this type of risk factor of losing a child from happening ?  Start what i would call a "Family Incident Book", and regardless if David falls of his bike, Rose trips over, or Ben falls out of bed etc, take a note of the injury and date it in your Family Incident Book, and it will give you a history of incidents that have happened to your family.  Nobody can ever say, that my children will never be taken away from me, as it happened to us, and many other happy and loved families like ours.  It happens many times without warning, and just because you were concerned for your child, by taking them to hospital for a check up.  It's very hard for me to say this, but be Warned, and think before taking your child to hospital with any form of injury, because they may report it to the Social Services and Police.
